Title: Do You Believe In Magic /Jan & Dean RARE!
Post by: Kann on July 12, 2015, 10:41:07 AM

This is Jan & Dean's backing track of Do You Believe in Magic originally done by The Lovin' Spoonful in 1965. Jan Berry produced this track the same year. It is rumored that a finished track with vocals exists. If anyone has this version I would LOVE to hear it!

Thats a good idea! Dean would still do good on lead their. he could of done theat in  66 as a single. I would love to see a album made that hasnt been released that could make a complete album. not just parts of songs but full song with leads and everything!

It would br great,to hear dean finish song or songs left in the vaults,

One thing I can never understand, why wasn t time and space  on the carnival of sound,it was finished, maybe a little editing to polish it up, but never made it.

In the uk,someone found a bob marley reel to reel in a garage, with material. I wonder where music Jan was working on,and unreleased tracks are? Did they have to be handed to the record label after a session,or in a recording studio vault.
