cheers for the photo,looks good both on vinyl and it looks like save for a rainy day is an original from 1967

It most certainly is!  I don't know how many exist but it's the only one I've seen for sale in decades of collecting records and I've had it for almost twenty years.

In my collection,i have 2 copies from 1967 of yellow ballon, one is the orange colombia one andone is  white promo copy,

I still look around for the singles i need to complete my collection ,

I wonder who else has an original Album from 1967

AFAIK, the Japanese one has shortly been officially available, unlike  the British one (3 copies) and the USA one (no copies)

There might be copies hiding in Japan, but, if so, they're well hidden!

I don't see anything on the label that would indicate a promo (stamp, etc.) or test pressing.  It looks like a fully released album.

It would be nice to get a story about how the "Save..." album actually made it to release in Japan -- probably a time/communication thing.

Could it be possible that CBS/Sony Japan is sitting on a copy of the final release master?

I did read the save for a rainy day was released in one country,and i also couldn  understand how it happened,lets hop the Album made some money for both jan and dean
