The T.A.M.I. Show Collector's Edition — To Be Released in March 2010

The T.A.M.I. Show is finally being released in unprecedented quality.

I've always been bugged by how bad Jan & Dean sound in the film, but their opening segment (which was actually shot on film, as opposed to Electronovision), and spots as concert hosts, are classic.

A bonus feature is the opening segment without credits.

Really looking forward to this release . . . and the full Beach Boys set has been restored, as well.

but yes indeed, as emcees they really did a good job

I'll be interviewing director Steve Binder about Jan & Dean and the Beach Boys. Lots of cool J&D screen grabs will appear in the Spring edition of ESQ, and Dean gave me a few thoughts on the show.

I promise you won't be disappointed in this release. I've been watching the advanced screener for three weeks now. Fantastic!

Unfortunately, no UK release is in Shout Factory's plans right now.

Lets hope Play.com or cd wow may have this in stock,as long as we can get the correct Catologue Number.so us from the uk can buy a copy,

This is going to be worth getting for the Beach Boys sections alone! I'll be getting it as soon as possible!
