I had an org 45 and if I remember it's B-side was Bucket-T . I think the lyrics also said "Riddler , Penguin , Joker they go and hide . As opposed to Criminals like the Joker they go and hide . Is that right ?  :o

Did you see this?

http://www.jananddean-janberry.com/main/index.php/jdhistory/1966-batman-

I did read that and didnt see any insight. The one single with the Jan and Dean theme remix and flight of the Batmobile was released in 1986 i know so 20 years after the Batman album came out but thats the only info i got on it.

This web site here usually have all the singles listed but these two batman singles seem to be missing.

I guess I'm just thinking that the weird re-mix thing is not an official part of the J&D catalog.

Bam Caruso was a well know British label run by music journalist Phil Smee who, in the Batman craze back then, re-released the Batman album and did 7" and 12" single release containing a long and short version of the remix of Jan & Dean's "Batman" song
