Is the CD One Last Ride is as close as we have so far for having the most music from the album One Summer Night/Live? Or is their an album with all of the song from the album One Summer Night/Live on a CD?

I do notice that the CD One Last Ride includes Happy together also the DVD version includes it? Is that song from the same consert and just wasnt included in the album One Summer Night/Live?
