Where the Action Is, montage from 1965 — Jan & Dean can be seen throughout this clip, while other artists are highlighted (including Paul Revere & the Raiders).

Jan & Dean take the spotlight with "Surfin' Safari" . . . an update of their 1963 studio version, with newer vocals, plus brass and woodwinds.

Is the complete "new" edit of Surfin' Safari available anywhere ? I like it much, much better than the terrible '63 version
