I was wondering if this is a must have to say you have all of Jan and Dean albums not counting all of their greatest hits and albums like that.

I am not an expert , but I became aware of this album being available right after the Beach Boys had their multi-million seller "Endless Summer." I suspect Liberty was trying to garner sales with their surf group. Some fans were put off by the fact the whole album was mono, but I felt the early material sounded fuller in mono rathjer than the split track stereo on many of the Liberty albums.

Yeah, it's mono . . . "Quazi-Moto Monaural," as noted on the packaging and disc labels.

But there's also a poster inside which I didn't know before. Anyway, tomorrow I will be able to put it on my turntable. Looking forward to it, as I don't have the mono mixes of some of these songs.
