Promotion for carnival of sound.

Want to know what sort of promotion was done when the warner bro singles we're released,heard/read a few things,but would like to know if any Tv,radio,did Dean sing any of the tracks on any Tv, as that could have been a major part if there was limited promotion,why the songs never charted,as all the singles were great songs,

I ve seen the acetate Jan had pressed up, with
Liberty on one side and Warner on the other
Just wondered was there any art work for the cover?
