Jan & Dean vocals?

jdman:
Dean is not on the Carnival of Sound version but he did record his own single of it. I have the single from the J&D label. I don't remember how I got it but I think I paid pretty good for it. lol
Like a Summer Rain is on one side and Dean's version of Louisiana Man is on the other. Jan Berry gets credit as producer of that side.

1Jay1:
I also have the Dean version, and should have been on the Album, even as an extra track, I think Dean wasn t wanted at the session,so he just kept away, Maybe he only gave his name was to keep Jan happy,

No . . . Dean signed the Warner Bros. contract because Screen Gems insisted that he sign it.

1Jay1:
Tijuanna sound like jan go granny go,and oinks sound dean, he may have not been there could have been cut from another piece of tape, Mulholland sounds very much like jan and dean and jill at the end of the song, Love and hate clearly hear jan singing silently.up and down and all around,I think Jan sang a lot on this track. He doubled his vocal.

1Jay1:
i ment jan doubled his voice with someone on lead vocals.
