was very well done & many interesting song choices. A lot of hard work & who would have believed a "Disco" song form Jan & Dean.  Hot Looking Lady...A Great Song among so many others

I don't hardly know a person who hasn't changed in looks in the past 20 years, weather eating healthy or what one enjoys for a diet of every day meals. ...and life on the road choices sometimes can be very limited, as in buffet's, fast food, or whatever is nearby. I was never a good looking Person in my opinion at any age & know I look different than I did years ago. I have shrunk 2" since High School & put on probably a good 60 lbs.  So given Jan's limited mobility & medications...I think He was still a very Handsome Man well into his later years. Probably the Biggest part of Jan was his Heart, Smile & I.Q. too.
And, My Friends, I hope we all Remember those were the reasons we Loved Him so much & He returned the Love right back to us by his Friendship & Music in His Soul.

Having several injuries myself, I know all about being more & less mobile & weight gain. Granted, none of as severe as Jan's & I had nothing but heartfelt respect how well he DID get around & do.

Wish I could get a DVD of the full show.

I have been to this show twice & naturally going again this Year. The Resort is one of the finest I have ever stayed at, the weather is like someone created a perfect day just for the event & The Line-up of Dean, Al & David  with the Surf City Allstars is a show not to be missed !

Hope many fans from this site can make it... always a HUGE crowd on hand & the Promoter works His tail off making it run smoothly.  The 50th Annv. of the Beach Boys with 2 founding members + Dean on the 52nd year of Jan & Dean's music....Hard to think there will be a Better time to Help the Guys Celebrate !

Wanted to make this show, but decided to head to Ft. Worth to see them. Had a blast visiting with everyone & having lunch with many of them. Had a great conversation with Chris Farmer & also @ the hotel chatting with David Marks and His Beautiful Wife.

The People at the show were very Kind, as well as at the Hotel. Yes, southern hospitality indeed !
