Just thinking of all the priceless memories Jan gave us from His hard recovery back. And, not to forget some pretty cool new music too.  Hard to say for sure what would have happened in Dean's life had  Jan Died. Doubt He would have joined the Beach Boys ( Maybe a Special Guest at Times ) Is Still a gifted artist ( Kittyhawk ) & His Vocals and Health have Stood the test of time.... something few can say.... Keep posting Your ideas and comments, Men. I really enjoy them

I think, jdman, a lot of people might have thought that way "...And Janno touched us with His Songs"... Yes, a possibility many saw a Crippled Man trying to sing, just knew nothing at all what happened on April 12, 1966. Myself & thousands of fans saw someone totally different on stage & at the autograph table. A Man that worked countless hours in therapy to perform & feel useful to Himself. We also Saw a Man we all Loved and admired not only for His way of producing in the 1960's ( RRHOF...Are You out there ? ) that was second to none at the time, but also His Love back to us as fans for remembering his work & continuing to Sing for us right up to the time of His way too early passing. I was Honored to see Jan many times & glad He lived through the accident, although never knowing the pain & suffering he went through of everyday life. He Touched us all in many ways & I Thank God for Blessing us for as many Years as He Did. Miss You , My Friend, Jan & Thank You for Coming Back from "Dead Mans Curve" You will never be forgotten........

I too, was in tears at this point in the movie & still puts a lump in my throat every time I see it. Richard Hatch & Bruce Davidson did such an excellent job capturing the spirit & "Heart & Soul"...so to speak of the Real Jan & Dean.  Just some of the facial expressions of these actors is almost tear-jerking.

Someday, I hope they make a full feature movie to show the entire world the contribution these two great Men made in Rock History.....as long as a movie wouldn't take away the charm of the Made for TV one we all Love

So Beautiful, Mary.... What an Awesome Duo. Always great seeing them together. Sure Miss that now, but So Glad Dean O is still here for us doing what He loves & what we Love to see and hear

I hardly hear a Jan & Dean song ( or even the Beach Boys ) on our local "Oldies" Station, as compared to even just a few years ago. So Sad.  As The Dead Man's Curve Movie goes, I watch it still all the time & am riveted to the TV Start to Finish. I do Hope someday, it will make an "Official" DVD release, often thought a feature length movie would be cool too, but doubt it would be as special as the Original Made for TV.

Jimmy D is a super nice person with lots of talent still in Him. I have met Jim a few times & a very down-to-Earth type Man. Hope I have the pleasure again sometime soon !
